This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on our store. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms listed below. Our business mainly sells apparel and clothing items, and we partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are excluded.
- Orders submitted after 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) will be processed on the next business day.
- During holiday seasons, large promotions or inventory restocks, processing time may be extended slightly. We will notify customers of major delays via email.
2. Shipping Coverage
- We currently provide shipping services to the contiguous United States (48 states).
- Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international destinations are not supported for the time being.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery or extra fees caused by incorrect, incomplete or changed delivery addresses.
3. Shipping Methods, Costs & Estimated Delivery
We offer two mainstream shipping options for apparel products. Delivery time is calculated after order processing is completed.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and carrier information (USPS/UPS/FedEx). You can track your package status on the carrier’s official website or your account page on our store. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
5. Delivery Issues
- Delayed Delivery: Estimated delivery times are for reference only. Delays may occur due to bad weather, carrier backlogs or unexpected logistics issues. We will assist you to track the package but will not be liable for indirect losses caused by delays.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives with damaged products, please contact our customer service within 48 hours upon delivery. You need to provide your order number, tracking number and photos of the damaged package/goods. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or full refund for eligible orders.
- Delivered but Not Received: If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please check around your doorstep, mailbox or with neighbors first. If the package is still missing after 24 hours, contact us for further investigation.
6. Address Modification & Order Cancellation
- Address changes can only be accepted before the order is shipped. Please contact customer service as soon as possible if you need to revise your address. No address changes are allowed once the package is in transit.
- If you want to cancel an order, please submit a request before shipment. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled directly; you need to follow our return policy after receiving the goods.
7. Return & Exchange Related Shipping
All returns and exchanges must comply with our Return Policy. Apparel products must be returned in unused, original condition with all tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the goods are defective, wrong items or damaged on arrival.
- We do not accept collect-on-delivery return packages.
